It was extremely disappointing, so much that we were forced to leave. The only positive was that we were able to quickly Negative: It was not clean! There was a clump of hair on the shower wall. The terrace was so dirty we could not use it. And we wake up to a jack hammer. Also, the hot water tank leaked into the kitchen and we kept having to mop it up.

Like going on holiday in a quarry. Negative: Like going on holiday to a quarry! This property is a new apartment in a recently completed block. As described, it has an attractive pool, a gym and sauna. The apartment itself has air conditioning, two bedrooms and bathrooms and decorated in a white modern clean finish. On our arrival (late on a Saturday) the apartment was clean and everything seemed to be as described. The following day it was quiet as it was a Sunday, but it became apparent that the front balcony is at the lower front elevation of the complex. It overlooks the adjacent Zoo, large building site and excavation site where they are preparing the ground for further extensive building. The front balcony has a sofa which was filthy dirty, the tiles on the floor were covered in dust and dirty stains plus wax candles previously places had melted and stained the floor. We then noticed that the boiler in the utility area next to the kitchen was leaking causing a large puddle/flooded area in the utility and kitchen. We reported this to the company managing and they arranged a man who attended on the Monday. He said the apartment needed a new boiler and to replace it would be too disruptive so it would be done after we had left. This meant we had to mop four to five times every 24 hours to stop the whole area from flooding. We could not get into the gym as we were not provided with a key. Luckily, we found a man who was doing day to day cleaning who showed us where the gym was located and after a couple of days gave us a key for access. Also located at the gym was the sauna, however it was not turned on. Building and excavation work directly outside the apartment starts at 6:45 am and continues until about 3:00 pm. Throughout this period, the noise is constant, with large excavators using reversing alarms, jackhammers, and other construction and land-clearing equipment in operation. We were woken up every morning by the noise.

Great stay

Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at New Luxury Apt 2BR Sea Views Pool. The standout feature was the exceptionally spacious terrace, which made the apartment feel even more luxurious and relaxing. The apartment itself is very well equipped, thoughtfully designed, and fully suitable for a comfortable stay. The whole complex appears newly built, modern, and impeccably maintained. Everything was exceptionally clean throughout. We also really appreciated the fully equipped gym, which offers enough equipment for a complete workout. The location is also convenient, with reasonably easy access to the surrounding area. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a property we would gladly recommend. Negative: The main downside was that there is intensive construction work taking place around the complex, which should definitely be taken into account when booking. Depending on the time of day, this may affect the overall atmosphere and comfort of the stay.
