Foi agradável Positive: A casa é muito confortável e agradável. Um bom espaço para famílias. A piscina é boa. Negative: Ao chegarmos ao alojamento reparámos que o chapéu de sol - essencial para podermos desfrutar do páteo durante o dia - estava estragado. Enviámos uma mensagem ao anfitrião. Recebemos a resposta de que iria ser trocado no dia seguinte, mas depois não recebemos mais mensagens e não aconteceu a troca durante a estadia. Sentimos que o nosso pedido foi ignorado.... A rua em frente à casa é muito ruidosa o que não é muito agradável, mas a casa tem um bom isolamento acústico. A praia mais próxima da casa não é vigiada e tem pedras, sendo necessário atravessar uma ponte pedonal por cima da estrada para lá chegar. Para ir a uma boa praia é necessário ir de carro. Não ficámos impressionados com a limpeza da casa.

Nice flat but some issues to be taken seriously Positive: - The apartment was very clean in a new residence - The terrace is very nice with a beautiful view on the sea - Well equipped flat (although they should add a dish rack in the kitchen- very basic) - The location near by Mercadona and Aldi close to Estepona Negative: I have been to this residence last year but my experience was much better in another flat and dealing with a different owner/manager, two major issues: 1. During our stay, some people (3 diff cars) took our parking spot during 5 nights (out of 10) - The first time happened from the 2nd night and we didn’t have a spot to park. I texted the person managing the bookings and when he called me, he suggested me to cancel the booking and called me « rude ». I was very shocked by this behavior. When a client has a stressful situation (not wanting to leave a car outside in an empty spot and coming by car from another country) this is not a proper way to deal with the situation. Although the person apologized this is not a way to treat clients. This happened again 4 times, and eventually we ourselves put a banner on our parking spot saying « do not park here » using a paper and a red lipstick (see picture)…The owner could do it himself if this happens that often 2. the KEY system: I have never seen in my whole life a system where you can get blocked inside the flat while the key is outside!! Usually the problem is the opposite. In this apartment basically if you enter the flat you have to remove the key from the locker outside otherwise you won’t be able to open the door from within. This happened once and I had to call neighbors from the terrace who came by and opened our door from outside. We ended up using a DIY approach by putting aluminium paper inside the locker to prevent the door from closing accidentally (see picture)… The owner has to do something about it…

Наш отпуск был максимально комфортным Positive: Очень понравились апартаменты. Всё удобно, уютно и приятно. Было абсолютно всё, что нам было нужно. Балкон очаровательный с видом на море. Прекрасный бассейн, очень теплый и красивый. Negative: Не было такого.

Inolvidable Positive: La limpieza, estaba muy bien equipado, la piscina… Negative: Nada, todo perfecto
